1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be legally capable of entering into these terms and meet applicable age requirements.
- Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify Zayrio of suspected unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by Zayrio's failure to use reasonable security.
- One person must not impersonate another or create accounts to evade restrictions.
2. What Zayrio provides
Zayrio provides tools to discover places, publish and browse trips and nearby plans, connect with travellers, communicate, maintain a profile, access travel-related information and browse available products. Features may change, be suspended, remain in testing, or vary by location and platform.
3. User content and permission
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Zayrio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formats, display and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve and promote the service according to your visibility choices. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded content.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, scams, sexual misconduct or encouragement of illegal or dangerous activity.
- False identity, misleading trips or plans, spam, unauthorized advertising or manipulation of engagement.
- Uploading malware, violating privacy or intellectual-property rights, scraping, reverse engineering, bypassing security or disrupting infrastructure.
- Using Zayrio to arrange prohibited goods, unlawful transport, financial fraud or unsafe activity.
5. Travel interactions
Zayrio is a technology platform and normally is not the organizer, travel agent, carrier, guide, insurer or guarantor of user-created trips, plans or meetings. Users decide whether to interact or travel together and must independently assess identity, suitability, safety, legality, costs and arrangements.
6. Chat and moderation
Messages and community activity must follow the Community Guidelines. Zayrio may investigate reports, restrict visibility, preserve evidence, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts or cooperate with lawful requests where reasonably necessary. Moderation does not guarantee that all harmful content will be identified.
7. Third-party services
Maps, location, weather, destination descriptions, images, authentication, identity verification, payments, products and external links may rely on third parties. Their availability, accuracy and terms are outside Zayrio's complete control.
8. Purchases
Product availability, price, delivery estimates and return eligibility are shown during the relevant purchase flow. Payment providers and sellers may impose additional terms. Review the Shop, Returns & Refunds Policy before purchasing.
9. Intellectual property
Zayrio's name, branding, software, design and original service content are protected by applicable laws. Except for permitted use of the service, no right to copy, sell, sublicense or create derivative products is granted.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Zayrio or request account deletion. Zayrio may restrict or terminate access for material violations, safety or security risk, legal requirements or prolonged inactivity, subject to applicable law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Zayrio does not promise uninterrupted availability or guarantee user identity, user conduct, travel outcomes, weather, destination data or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. For other claims, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without removing mandatory consumer rights available where you live. Before formal proceedings, users are encouraged to submit the issue through Zayrio's official support/contact channel. Updated terms will show a revised effective date; continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted.
